Everyone adds one guy (the host). The host sorts out the rules and adds everyone to the game.

Tinychat is an option. since tinychat URLs are filtered, just post the last string of the url.
For example, tinychat dot com slash 32ikoiu. Tell your partner to enter /32ikoiu

>rotation?
In the rare case that we have 8 people, we can get two groups going, otherwise everyone adds the host and he rotates people in and out. That's the fairest way to go about it.

>rules?
Generally none. No sleep clause, evasion clause or whatever. Generally, legendaries are frowned upon, but smogon tiers are obviously not recognised. Host has the option of using flat rules to enforce item clause and to ban legendaries if they choose.
