I've got this terrible Adamant Trevenant with Harvest.

Wood Hammer/Shadow Claw/Earthquake/Rock Slide.

Lum and Sitrus are decent berries to use. A common strategy is to use a Lum Berry + Rest so you're pretty much immune to status and can Rest almost whenever you want. Sitrus is decent because of Wood Hammer Recoil, and makes Curse useful because your Sitrus will activate as soon as you use it (below 50% health).

I prefer to use the PAIN AND SUFFERING Trevenant going fully defensive with Leech Seed, Substitute, Curse and Protect. However, a Taunt breaks it. If it doesn't get 1 shot, you will basically kill everything abusing Harvest with a Sitrus Berry. The nature you can run a defensive or specially defensive.
