Basically any mon you encountered/caught. Event mons that you download cannot be traded and have a ribbon called "Special Ribbon" which means it cannot be traded.

You could probably gen a pokemon without it to trade it but you'd be giving them a non-legit hacked mon. Not that it would be a bad thing for you.

any but Arceus, Darkrai, Shaymn, Keldeo, Melotta, The fused kyurems, Mew and idk if I missed any. I dont know if you can trade jirachi or celebi.
and you cant trade a majority of eventmons.
You can trade them regularly, just not over gts

on a different note, I laugh when I see people ask for shiny zekrom etc.
