Nintendo is really caught between a rock and a hard place now.
On one hand, they messed up bad. Really bad. The launch was a huge fiasco and it's very clear to everyone that they either haven't been able to perfect the servers for Bank, or that they don't have the knowhow in order to. But it's clear they also want to launch Bank.
However, that's the other side. The longer they keep pushing it back, the angrier the consumers are getting, and more than likely, the larger of a crowd they'll draw whenever Bank eventually goes live.
Their only option now is to somehow throttle who can get on. Im not sure if there's some sort of IDs that they can use in eshop in order to only make it available for certain people. (or if its even possible in the first place)
Other than that, expect long delays in actually trying to download it, and the possibility of eshop breaking again.
The trick is to hit Download Later and close the system. Download Now will have everyone trying to download with Later doing it in the background and a easier pace. And you can do other shit instead of being stuck in the eshop
