I think he means that Metronome will be replaced with whatever move Metronome would use that turn on the move selection screen. For example, if it would use tackle, you would see Tackle in place of Metronome's spot when choosing your move.

Every other turn, the enemy will hit a fake version of the Pokemon and do no damage to it. Moves that can go through Protect (such as Feint and Shadow Force) can still do damage.

My bro needs a kick ass ability like this so he can be used, and I don't see it being that OP at all

Idea behind this similar to how rest talk > dragon tail doesn't get negative priority. Can land some (somewhat reliable) hits without being chipped to death.

Both of its defences are multiplied by 1.25. If hit by a cutting move (for example cut, slash, secet sword) both defences are lowered by two stages, while the speed stat and both attack stat are raised by three stages.

I'll assume this gimmick can go for the whole line.

Delicious = If the opponent has one or more of the following moves available it must choose one of those moves to use while the Delicious pokemon is on the field:

My pokemon was Deoxys. I'll give every forme an ability.

Even then, it'll still die to most neutral hits. 70/70/75 defenses are not enough to tank much of anything. It might be able to counter Scizor, and unsuspecting Azumarill on the switch, but that's about it.

Any time this pokemon uses a damaging attack, it switches out. So all attacks are u-turn basically. And with the buff to knock off and its 125 speed, i see it being a pain in the ass. perfect choice user or scout, and its current abilities suck.
