Hell, Torterra would make more sense with Water Absorb or Storm Drain, given Turtwig's dex entries.
>>17369612Sceptile is already pretty fast, and has a pretty good pool of contact moves to work with. Tough Claws off of 85 base Attack would actually make it into a formidable mixed attacker with that 120 Speed and 105 Special Attack, or even allow it to go fully physical with Swords Dance.
It would also boost Grass Knot, if you really want to use Special attacks. I'm tempted to run some calcs to show how Life Orb Tough Claws Sceptile would be good.
