The only legendarys I ever use are Raikou, Articuno, Regigigas, and Terrakion.
None of those are overpowered, and Terrakion is the only one on that list with some real weight to it.

Deoxys-S is actually broken and should probably be suspect tested soon, but Mega-Luacario and Genesect are more obviously problematic.

Lando-I and Thundurs-I are also still staggeringly powerful, despite their current usage statistics. I think their power is currently vastly underrated.

Most of everything else is fine, except maybe Deoxys-D, but he isn't as problematic as Deoxys-S so once the former is gone it will be easier to see how he will fare.

Everything else is more or less fine.

It's funny you keep mentioning the birds as "non-gimped" when they're probably the worst legendary trio, thanks to poor typing and stat spreads. Only Zapdos is somewhat salvageable.
The Kami are good, but certainly not overpowered by any means. 2 of them suffer SR weakness, and Landorus is 4x weak to Ice, which has a priority move. There's various other factors that help keep the Kami in check.
Again, you're just uneducated in this topic.

I'm in favor of banning all legendaries from cartridge play, not because they're overpowered, but because accessibility can be an issue. Unless you own every game you're probably missing some, and getting them with good IVs/Natures can be difficult - and if you've already caught yours and saved you're screwed. And then event only stuff, as well as FUCKING POKEBANK...

Obviously it's not an issue on simulators where everyone has equal access to everything, but for cartridge play it's unfair to those who can't get them. I find it odd that nobody ever brings this up, am I really the only one who feels this way?

This pic contains every Pokemon with 580 BST as of Black/White. Notice how despite the high BST, they are all over the tiers. Regirock and Regice weren't getting used even with the top 125-150 best Pokemon removed from competitive play. How is that overpowered?

A person who hates those who copy smogon is like an incompetent engineer.

A competent engineer performs research, and then, to the best of his abilities, develops a product. He investigates his options and chooses the best design.
