So, I've been trying to get my shiny charm. I heard you don't need legendaries in the dex, so I filled it, and I thought I was done. But Seymore, in his infinite faggotry, won't hand the charm over. I'm only missing legendaries, but that includes non-event legendaries like Raikou, ect. and Manaphy, Phione, and Heatran, which are kind of borderline. Is the legendary thing not true? But, if it is true, which "legendaries" are needed?

I'm only missing Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Victini, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect and Cresselia.
