As for a head... it would need to be someone who has both the drive and time to oversee the entire event. That's not to say that the others just sit around and do nothing, but just that the "figurehead" or so to speak should have a bit more active role, especially with management duties.

Things I would slightly alter:
-Always capitalize Champ and Gym Leader since it's an important title.
-Also capitalize Gym Leader Challenge, as it's the title of our event.
-Specify that nothing can be altered on your team (right now it just appears your 6 species is only what must remain unchanged). I.E. items, moves, EVs... nothing can be changed.
-Take out rule 5, or change it to something like "Everything else is permitted". At least take out "Even mega mom".

Keep in mind this is in 3v3 Flat Rules format, and Flat Rules bans ALL Legendaries. So I don't think we'll really need to alter our teams that much. We should probably try to stick with the same teams, for the most part, all the time. Sub out one or two people here and there, but overall our teams should maintain their strategy.
Also, I'm having issues connecting with my 3DS. Not sure why.

I think if we are to ban M-Kangaskhan, we should leave it up to him to make that decision.

With access to bank now too, Cofagrigus is pretty much the easiest way as you can lay down a burn and get rid of its ability. My team has never really had any problems with it, though that might be because the way i built my team.

Well, since Aniny has Kangaskhan, I think it would make us look very bad if we were to ban challengers from bringing Kangaskhan.
Perhaps this requires another "specific" rule like we're thinking of doing for M-Gengar? Just outlaw the truly over-powered aspect of M-Kanga, but still allow them to bring M-Kanga. Anyone know what Aniny's set is? I don't want to ban a move or something that he is using.

See, I'm all for banning Seismic Toss, but at the same time we can't ignore the fact that this thing is really really difficult to shut down. There's no real right way to shut it down because of Sucker Punch.
At the same time, I feel bad telling people they have to fight a megamom and can't use one of their own. The only reason is that Aniny has no other options for a mega.
It's not so much favouritism as it is balancing.
I think overall, everyone would feel better banning Seismic Toss.
