Yeah, I think the expanded version will do it, along with putting in more Megas so it won't be the same Megas every time for certain types. (with the point ultimately being that past leaders, E4, and Champions all come back with a Mega on them)

I expect all the Gym leaders highest level Pokémon are going to get Megas in Z for rematches, and maybe ingame for the later ones.
Except for Hawlucha because special snowflake Lucario already exists, and Sylveon because that would open up a nasty can of worms, another fairy like Florges will probably replace it.

I think the reason the artist gave M-Tyranitar to Grant is the dual typing rock/DARK. It was their way to say nigger pokemon should be given to nigger trainers/gymleaders/e4 and so on.

And it might just happen, knowing GF's history with racism with the champions. Just think about it, Gen 5 was gifted Iris because all the coons threw a fit how there wasn't a black champion and it wasn't enough that they got Marshal in BW.

In Gardenia's defense, the only other Grass types in Sinnoh were Carnivine (safari exlusive pokemon rarely, if ever show up before the Safari is available) and Snowver (yeah, let's put a perma hail pokemon on a Grass team, that's totally not retarded). Also what the fuck is up with the camera in lumiose city? if you use a bike you're higher than the route signs so you can't see shit, the camera is super close and you can't even make out what the important building are half the time. Why the fuck did they think that was a good idea?

Why would Grant and Ramos have a mega evolution for those Pokemon during before you beat the Pokemon League?

Grant has like level 25 pokemon, how would he M-evolve Tyranitar at that level?
Ramos is a possibility if GF decides to bump up the levels by a bit, but a starter as a mega evolution seems unlikely.
