Most of the things that would gain the trait that don't already have Ground immunities are things like Beedrill and Venomoth.
And if it's still too much of a burden to the Earthbound Elementals, we make the immunity apply to ground-based moves instead of ground-typed moves. So, you can hit Flying things with Drill Run but not Earthquake. If we really want to be reasonable, go for Tough Claws, Drill Run, U-turn, Sucker Punch, and a boost of at least 30 points to Special Defense.
