If it's a 1 Ev mon I put it there because the only 2 Ev mons are either rare or have something mixed in with their horde that will fuck you up.
Don't forget your training weights and pokerus if you got it and turn on that XP share so you don't spend half an hour training your front mon alone like a retard.
1 Hp: Gulpin (route 5) or Foongus (routes 15, 16, 20 and pokemon village)
2 Attack: Arbok or Weepinbell on route 19 both give 2. If it's raining then set your 3ds date to your Bday,
2 Defence: Durant in Terminous cave. Don't do it outside, there are heatmor's that will fuck you.
1 Sp. Attack: Vanillite and Smoochum in the frozen cave.
1 Sp. Defence: Hoppip on route 7.
2 Speed: Floatzel on victory road. A little bit uncommon, but still more efficient than 1 Ev.
