Just because every existing Mega has added 100 stat points to the Pokemon's total doesn't mean that amount can't change.

It survives anything that does direct damage.

Unlike Focus sash, Sturdy ALWAYS activates when the 'Mon is at full health, which M-Shedinja would ALWAYS BE.

Sheer Force? Only Cross Poison and Steel Wing get boosted. U-Turn and Brave Bird gets nothing... Anyway, boosts its attack up to 120 and its Defs cap it at 100, 85/100/100 for a FAST attacker is awesome bulk. And instead of Sheer Force, give it Gale Wings

I'm not so sure, actually. Sure, it has good attack and speed, but as far as an actual movepool, it doesn't have much of one. It has Steel Wing as its only Steel-Type STAB, and absolutely nothing for coverage.

Besides, the only thing keeping Talonflame in OU is 81 base Attack, probably. That and a massive SR weakness.
