This is way more efficient than going around lumiose circle because when you are hatching 5 eggs at a time, the game can't produce more eggs due to the daycare man already having one for you, and when you are hatching 3 and depositing, while you are hatching eggs, the game can produce more since you already took the egg from the daycare man. They would have the same efficiency if the daycare man could hold more than one egg and once you finish hatching 5 eggs he gave you another 5 since you took so long. I hope this makes sense.
