He's slow as hell, so you use him in trick room. He has 125 bast attack and stab on Rock Slide, one of the best attacks in doubles. X-scissor is also able to OHKO shit like Latios and Latias, puts huge dents on Cresselia. Rock Slide can OHKO shit like Tornadus and Thundurus. If you run stone miss you can OHKO Tank Togekiss, Bulky Zapdos, and Support Gyarados. It also has access to Brick Brake for coverage and taking out screens, which are now much more common thanks to boo boo keys, or Earthquake for maximum power.
