It is very useful still though. I used it with Piplup the other day and got a 6 IV Empoleon now. It has Torrent, but I never had the HA for it, so I do plan on using it at some point.

Some people are really meta and try to get the attacking stat of a Special Attacker to be 0 for less confusion damage or something.

OP here. Out of the hundreds of Rotom i bred, one of them had 4 IVs and a 0 in Attack, so I decided to go for that.
