Groudon and Kyogre have the same BST, with Rayquaza having a BST ten points higher than them (and with an ability that effectively negates theirs). Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina have the same BST. Zekrom and Reshiram have the same BST of 680, normal Kyurem has 660, and Black/White Kyurem have 700. Makes sense since Kyurem is just the discarded remains of the original dragon and is kind of a husk without either Reshiram or Zekrom.
Xerneas and Yveltal share a BST of 680. Zygarde, who seems like the third member of their trio, has a much lower BST. Why? Probably because they're waiting until a future game to whip out Zygarde's alt forme or even mega. In Platinum they introduced formes for Giratina and Shaymin because that was one of the new mechanics. It'd make sense to introduce a Mega Zygarde. Zygarde's dex entry also has this: "When the Kalos region's ecosystem falls into disarray, it appears and reveals its secret power." Yeah yeah Pokedex entries aren't always right, but we didn't see any of that secret power in X/Y.
