Cobalion is by far and beyond my favourite, but all three of the Sacred Swordsmen deserve a mention. I love their designs the most, but I love that they're based on the three musketeers, plus I love the lore an concept behind them - Three men forced to take action against the humans that endanger Pokemon, their view of humanity steadily warped into one of bitterness and resent as all they learnt about us was through our warfaring ways. Really, even though it was probably for the best I felt bad for catching them in BW.
