Make it Bug/fighting
Give it compound eyes
Have it learn quiver dance and vacuum wave through breeding
Raise SpA and speed at the cost of attack and a bit of special defense.

There. 91% accurate stab focus blasts, and decent support movepool behind.

Not the best pokemon, but far better with a niche.
