Just send them to a previous region where Ash isn't.

I mean honestly 75% of their plans would work of Ash wasn't there to stop it.
Literally everyone else is always like "oh noooo what do we do? Their giant hose is sucking up all the pokemon" and then Ash destroys the machine and blasts them off.

if you take out Ash you got people who would have had brought in pokemon by the dozen

If they're somehow bringing in a profit, I would probably let them stick around- but chances are, they're probably just spending money faster and in larger quantities than they're worth.
