Which pokemon do i breed with deino to get earth power egg move? The wikis say garchomp but i dont think the move tutor teaches garchomp that move in this generation

Changes to the egg move mechanics allow a Pokemon to learn the move if the father doesn't know it, yes, but only if the mother knows it. You still need one of the parents to know the move.
