I would suggest replacing your Scarfer with Choice Scarf Darmanitan (If you haven't tried one in UU yet, you don't know top-tier wreckage). Same moveset on that.
Ampharos is outclassed by many non-mega mons. I would just sack megas for UU unless they're utility or named 'Aggron' or 'Manectric'. The Noivern's pretty solid, though it can also run a really nice utility set to replace the Slowbro I'm about to trash.
Your team looks really offensive with Empoleon being set-up and Slowbro being there for God knows why. I'm not saying that you should not consider utility or stall, but maybe build your team to suit it a little more. I've never used Krookodile, so I don't know how he does. Though, you are relying too much on raw power and leaving yourself too open otherwise. A lot of these Pokemon are set-up bait.
If that Noivern goes down, you are asking to be swept by Scarfed Darmanitan.
