The whole point is using Azumarill as your win condition, the most important part of the core is Whimsicott, I run specs with Giga Drain/Moonblast/Memento/Encore because the core is weak to Conkeldurr and you Moonblast the fuck out of him, you can also Giga Drain Rotom for a ton of damage, they never expect it. When you fulfill your win conditions you can just Memento with Whimsicott and get a safe set-up with Azumarill.
