I have a small question.
I'm trying to get an Entry Hazard Smeargle and well I'm sketching all the moves at the moment.
Once I have all 4 moves, can I just breed it with a Ditto and the children will have all the 4 moves?
If not, I should stop now.
And how do I get him to learn the moves?

a newly hatched smeargle just has sketch, no matter what.

to get the moves on it:
find mon with the move you want
delete all other moves
find a wild ditto and let it transform into your one move mon
sketch away
