ruby and saphyre were the worst pokemon games of all times to me
they were so bad in fact i almost quit pokemon forever and it took me years to pick it up again
it was terrible. no trading from old games. water everywhere, terrible selection of pokemon, almost no firy types, forgettable story, the ugliest male protagonist, the wqorst champ ever and no decent places to train your pokemon.
i didnt even manage to train more than maybe three pokemon to level 100
the only good thing about it was groudon, who was and is my most favourite legendary of all times to this day, i still have him in my gen v game and i actually leveled him up to max, which i never did with any legendary before or after aside from zapdos
those were terrible games and left me deeple traumatized, i never want to play something related to them ever again.
