i think your looking at him wrong, imagine him straitening out his body horizontally with his tail when running and he looks speedy as hell, the tail ends up looking like some sort of booster rocket

What most people seem to forget is that Water Shuriken is a priority move. I'm really surprised why it's not used more often, because it's a good thing to have against Talonflame

Sceptile could posiibly get a faster mega evo. Greninja is stuck at 125 base speed, so sceptile at least has that.

Greninja and sceptile are both cool though.

it should work most of the time to because people dont use sceptile a lot, its one of those sets thats easily countered if you know about it though

I was about to say that Water Shuriken always hits harder because STAB but then I realized that Masuda's favorite Protein Frog gets STAB on fucking everything.

i take your point it steps away from grovyle's design quite abit but its not fat that just how raptors are built (which i assume its based on a little bit as well as the leaf tailed gecko obviously)

i think the warts are meant to be seed pods

Not much better buddy. Also Talonflame outspeeds Greninja anyway so priority is useless.
