How are you supposed to beat a team like that? I suppose a Own Tempo Liligant can handle some, but I'm not really sure how to deal with prankster six.

use moves that do damage and are preferably super effective, pranksters rarely do damage and to win a match of pokemon you must reduce opponents hp to 0, you basically have the upper hand all game

I fought a team like that once in showdown and I won using a Shed Skin Scrafty with rest. Shed skin can cure you against thunder wave, and when you're HP are too low use rest. Plus Scrafty dark/fight type make him resist foul play.
