Does there exist an archive on the commentary of pokemon design by Sugimori and his artists? Seeing into the minds of the designers of pokemon and how the designs for certain pokemon came to be would be pretty fantastic.

It'd also be a great place for reference whenever those "redesign a pokemon" or drawthreads show up.
