What egg move set should I try to get for my Cottonee? Also, recommend me Pokémon to start breeding; outside of breeding for a shiny Whimsicott, I have no goals.

Both male and Female pass down egg moves now, so just breed a Female Cotton with something with Switcheroo and get a female.

Take the new female and breed it with something with Memento, etc etc...
