I just watched this movie and I don't get all the hate for it.
Shaymin was way worse in his movie.

All the wasted opportunities to write a better story. The flow was awful and there were little moments I expected to be touched on (For example, a "Daruma" has to do with making promises, but that symbolism is never even glanced at). Literally 30 seconds of character development was all it needed. They could have cut the scene where two Cryogonal sneak off to go make out to put that in.

And yes, Shaymin movie was pretty trrble.

I do like how they got the voice of Edward Elric to voice the Shortest Sword of Justice though.

Kyurem was the biggest disappointment in movie history since Jaws 4. It was so cool in the games, the movie was too much of a let-down to enjoy. No backstory at all.

Telepathy is bullshit. "I heard everything you said", says Keldeo, while the others are speaking telepathically to each other. What a load.

What I did like is how Kyurem was all respectful and shit when Keldeo lost the fight.

This is probably my favorite movie so far.

It had great battle scenes and a great soundtrack and Ash and his friends weren't the stars of the show once which is refreshing. Also I liked Kyurems japanese voice better.

I recently watched Movie 15 for the first time and thought it was actually pretty decent. I've never liked any of the Musketeers, especially Terrakion cause I'm into competitive, but god damn. Terrakion was a total big brother archetype to Keldeo, Virizion was fairly maternal, while Cobalion was the stern leader. Then Keldeo gets in over his head, overestimates his abilities, and nearly gets himself and all of his friends killed. If the movie had just been about Keldeo getting over that and growing stronger to defeat Kyurem then I think it would've been great.

Unfortunately the humans come into play and damper that a bit. I still think it's fairly passable as a movie, but Ash, Iris, and Cilan didn't help much while large portions of the movie revolved around them. In the end Keldeo learns that he should stop being a fucking coward and manages to defeat Kyurem after he gets his sword. That's it, it's a fine movie. If you want shit go rewatch the first 2 movies without nostalgia goggles. All the movies are bad, but Keldeo is definitely closer to good than most of them.
