I can't seem to get a Lumineon. It's ridiculous. I've been using Chikorita's to get everything from Milotic to Eelektross and I can't get a Lumineon? Man.

For the cottneee (or better whimsicott if you have it), tympole, Kling (or better klang or klinklang) and if you have it either beheeyem (or the lower evolution forget its name) and bouffalant if you have those.
