What's your favorite type, /vp/? And why?

Mine is pic related. I'm attached to details, and ice types are the most aesthetic pleasing type in my opinion. I love colors like white and light blue. Also, I love the feeling when cold breeze hit me.

I like the Poison type the most. It's a pretty cool concept for a type compared to most of the other types I think. Making toxins and venoms a singular elemental type is a novel idea.

Unfortunately, while I love most Poison types not many are my favorite Pokemon. Most of my favorite Pokemon are of Bug or Ghost type.

I mostly just like it because a lot of my favorite pokemon are dark types. Sableye, bisharp, honchkrow, and others are some examples of well-designed pokemon that also work incredibly well regardless of the team they're on. It's a shame that they nerfed it a bit by giving it a fairy-type weakness (thus giving sableye and spiritomb a single weakness), but at least they still have STAB sucker punch.

Muh fav would be grass. I've been amazed by plants ever since I was 5.
I also love extreme temperatures. I would wear pure black, with a heavy black jacket on very hot days. (Above 95 degrees) and minimal cloths on cold days (40 degrees) and still feel comfortable. I would probably have thick fat as an ability.

Paras was my first shiny in gold from gboy color.
Shuckle is my all out favrite, chill and cool as fuck.
Hera and his goofy ass self.was a monster in the earlier generations and i fucking loved him in the cartoon.
yanma. another mon i love, his design beautiful and his shiny is awesome. i love to use him as my lead with compound eyes and thief to steal random shit from wild mons.
other favorites are acelgor, venonat, butterfree, pinsir, armaldo and ninjaska.

Grass, easy - mostly because I like plants and garden as a hobby.

I like them enough that every gen I run a mono-grass team for my second playthrough.

hard to say which gen I had the hardest time doing so on though - whether it was 4th (platinum) or 5th (black).

I haven't done so yet this gen, mainly because I was hoping to start over on the same cart after banking all my boxes and well....

Ground, because most of my favorite pokemon are ground types. I love the electric immunity, and the ability to crumble steel and rock makes it feel more powerful. Ground types kinda feel like earthquake assassins going in for the OHKO. Plus when I was a dumb little kid I didn't even realize ground was its own type. I thought it was attached to rock-type. I learned how wrong I was pretty quickly in gen 2.

yeah, i loved lance as a character when i played through kanto, and always loved dragons anyway. not to mention that pick related are my favourite pokemon. fairies don't especially phase me, especially since the non-ubers mostly suck, though i don't really like any of the fairies bar xerneas. sylveon legitimately creeps me out with its flesh ribbons.

Back in the day, it was Water. I used to love swimming a lot when I was younger, but after I started having really bad panic attacks and seeing a shrink, I stopped swimming / going to the lake near my house. Nowadays, there's something about Steel type that I just love. Still love Water types, but not as much.

I also loved fighting types and Primeape is hands down my favorite Pokemon. Though right now it is a mix between Fighting and Dark types.

I like how both types play(and how they used to be able to watch eachother's backs without worrying about Psychic), and my favorite from each is Primeape and Greninja.
