Greninja and Klefki have it bad too. There are a couple of mons this gen with obscenely good movepools.

Those are the exact symptoms of 4MSS.

To answer your question OP. Pick 4 that work together, that's it really. He pretty much does the same thing, but being able to do it with a variety of different strategies makes him somewhat unpredictable.
You also forgot LumRest.

ghost type Curse is just shit, all it does is cut your hp and forces a switch. you either run WoW or Toxic. WoW at least nerfs attackers. Phantom force is a free setup for them. eq makes sense. leed with sub and protect is just the highest caliber of faggotry.

Curse and Phantom Force are both notable for their ability to ignore subs, though. And with sitrus harvest, Phantom Force can give you an extra turn to recover, or ignore a sub on a substaller.

There are MUCH better mons for Leech seed stalling.

I've had extensive success with Horn Leech, Will-o-Wisp, and Leech Seed with either Sub/Sitrus or Rest/Lum.

A lot of people say Horn Leech is overkill for healing, but for one it really isn't, for two, Grass is not an easy attack type to just slap onto whatever, but damn if it isn't useful. Gastrodon and Rotom can lick my tree balls.

Also I've bested a Volcarona and a Houndoom with my Trevenant online. Dude's a monster.

WoW + Leech Seed saps 25% per turn.

Horn Leech kills Rotom-W.

Curse isn't reliable.

Toxic doesn't halve Attack.

Earthquake and Rock Slide aren't needed because almost nothing is immune to both Leech Seed and WoW.
