>>17527233Scarf is a better set overall. They really should have given Garde more speed, but I guess with the Sp.def they thought it would be "overpowered". If you use Scarf you actually end up checking shit that would normally kill Gardevoir. Including, Gengar, Latios, Garchomp, non-scarfed Genesect (Destiny Bond and they Iron Head you, happens more than you would think), Heatran / other steels (70% of the time, kek Focus miss). Not to mention Moonblast hits hard as hell when unresisted, and lets you use Psyshock for secondary stab.
