Going mixed attacker, it looks like. I'd go for Hasty. Boosted speed without a penalty to either offensive stat.

It Spiritomb a better Sp. attacker or Physical.. He has so many options, but can only boost his Sp. Attack (Calm Mind, Nasty Plot). Did I answer my own question?

Nasty plot sounds like the better option in my opinion. It's so slim in its distribution it seems like a shame not to take advantage of it, and having such a huge boost to your special attack with only one turn of set up is great.
