I run a Vaporeon with 252 HP, 252 Def and a defence boosting nature, I just throw it out when Kanga comes out and spam Acid Armors, Kanga can't doesn't do much damage to it, but if I were to try a build an actual counter to it I'd just go with Crobat with Haze, Crobat double resists power up punch so switching into it is negible, then use Haze, and problem solved, you just have to hope they don't predict the switch and use return.
