I want to use this guy just because.
I was thinking of having him use:
Bug Buzz
Sludge bomb
U-turn
Focus Blast
@Unburden
Modest or timid

Anything I should change? Know about?

I haven't thought about it honestly.
What would be best for him?
(I figured unburden would be better than sticky hold or hydration)

Well in most cases you would be right, however Accelgor is already incredibly fast. However, there's only two viable items on him. Life Orb and Choice Specs. 100 base Sp.Atk is not as good as it used to be (if it were higher he'd be in a higher tier), so he always needs the boost in damage. Focus Sash might be good with Unburden (if it activates unburden) but seeing as you're U-turning and not using it as a lead then you might want to use Sticky Hold which allows you to hold onto your Life Orb or Specs after Knock Off. I would swap U-turn for Hidden Power: Rock if possible, but if you want to stick with U-turn be sure to have a Rapid Spinner or Defog User. Or use him as a spikes suicide lead.
