how does the shellder sustain itself? pokedex's just say the shellder will release poisons into a slowkings brain. nothing mentions how the shellder feeds while on the head. does it release its latch and return to a regluar shellder. would it stay gray if it released? and does slowking go back to slowpoke, forgetting everything it learned?
