I'd definitely would do a Water-type gym simply cause I need Blastoise in my life.

gym on post game islands, in fact not even a gym, just some asshole that would randomly catch you off guard and give you your only battle loss in game. I would just random challenge you from offscreen.

A Flying-type Gym somewhere in the middle of the game. Also, all of my Pokemon are very fast.

An aviation prodigy. He is very punctual and may come off as strict, but is actually a very kind man who loves his Pokemon and battling. He respects people who have made a bond with their Pokemon. He awards the Turbulence Badge to trainers who defeat him.

Gym could have a layout similar to that of an airport, not sure how to execute it though.

Also, I forgot to mention that the gym puzzle is a Lost Woods style gym where there are subtle clues telling you the right way to go. Also, if it wasn't obvious, the TM is Giga Drain. The badge I think would be called the Petal Badge or something to that effect.

Nice. 10/10 taste. Most of my favorite grass types aren't too good, so they work well for an early game gym. Mostly the idea of gym is a giant fuck you to people who use the fire starter. It loses horribly to the early-game bird, though, with the exception of Lileep I guess.

Gym would basically be a flash cave, but you see about 40% of normal. You get Flash from the guy at the entrance. But, if you use it in the gym, your visibility goes DOWN 20%. Trainers hide in shadows and the only light that peers in is from the edges of the drawn windows.
The guy at the entrance would probably say "It sure is dark in there! Take this! <player> recieved TM 70 Flash!"
Special badge lets Dark types of any level obey you.
