Seems to be Wash > Heat=Mow > Fan > Fridge
Mow can bait out bulky ground/waters and kill them, including Wash, so it's got a really good niche there. Fan's more useful than Fridge because standalone Paraflinch on a Pokemon who can't be paralyzed is better than the situational Thunder/Blizzard combo wherein both can never be at 100% accuracy
