Ive never really liked stantler or stantler. Their designs are just really boring and I personally find them kind of ugly. I enjoy a lot of "ugly" pokemon because usually there is sort of a charm to it. But Stantler just to me is the epitome of boring and seaking really has no pokemon design elements outside of the horn on its forehead.
Then again Purugly is one of my favorite pokemon so really people can think what the want. In the end of the day every pokemon has a group of people who like it, which is the point of the whole series. Select 6 monsters from a massive list that appeal to your particular tastes. It always suprised me when people tell others their choice in pokemon is bad. Do people really want everyone running around with only pokemon they like? Its one of my favorite aspects of the game is finding out why people like certain pokemon.
