You can go either Scarf, or a Nasty Plot wallbreaker.

I'd run Tri Attack, Psychic (For MegaSaur and Av Conk), and something to hit Aegislash, or Fairies.

Bear with my curiosity, but why run choice specs on something with a FULL 252 SPE IV? Isn't that overkill? I get that he has 90 speed, but can't you afford to drop some of those SPE EVs into something else?

This is true. To outspeed, say, Weavile, you only need 160 Speed EVs with Modest, while 188 Speed EVs gets you Crobat.
Most people run 252 Speed + nature when there really is absolutely nothing to gain from it. There'll be loads of angry responses to this post complaining that you need to outspeed every other scarfer, when a few more EVs in bulk is more valuable.

yeah I figured as much. I feel like speed is the one EV that benefits from precise calculation, and the one EV where you're always either over-doing it or under doing it. You only need your speed stat to be 1 point higher than your opponent before you start wasting boosts/EVs..
