Which Pokemon with fire outspeeds Choice Scarf Genesect? Also, there's no way Genesect will stay in with a Pokemon that can OHKO it, and there's barely anything that can safely switch into it.

Trapping with Magnet Pull Magnezone is actually quite easy. Just predict when Genesect uses Ice Beam/Thunderbolt, switch, HP fire.

This really pisses me off. I don't know what GF was thinking when they made Volt-switch/U-turn. It's essentially two moves in one, and it removes any need to actually predict a switch.

Heatran. Genesect never uses hidden power ground/water, and it won't kill anyways. Uturn will do like 8% which will be healed after leftovers. Easy peasy

Yeah it's inexcusable shit, the move is enough of a safety net without it giving the user total control over any match up if he uses it on the same turn the opponent switches. Totally fucking stupid.
