My friend has a Scolipede that gives me a headache...

Its got Speed Boost and a Focus Sash...
Spams Protect, Swords Dances then Baton Passes into Choice Band Scizor with Bullet Punch or his Machamp.

It's becoming a real nightmare...
What can I do to counter this. I was thinking a Gyarados with taunt and Dragon Dance?

Also I need help with my team in general, as his is alot more competitive, will post it if someone is interested in helping me.
