Paraflinch is outclassed by running more coverage on Togekiss. You're better off running Fire Blast, as has been said.

Because Paraflinch is more likely to fuck you over in a critical time. I've tried running it, it's just not as good as it sounds on paper. Maybe I'm just unlucky though.

uh, i cant remember the exact ev spread but it was enough speed to outspeed rotom W, like 132 i think, max HP and rest in SpA. running aura sphere, dazzling gleam, air slash and fire blast with assault vest, speed boosting nature. sorry not more specific on my phone atm

Nasty Plot
Roost
Air Slash
Aura Sphere

A defensively specced Togekiss usually has more than enough balk to set up a Nasty Plot and Roost off any damage taken.

You might find it useful to run 52 Spe to outrun Rotom-W and flinchax it a few times before finishing it off

240 HP / 216 Def / 52 Spe Bold for physical defense

or

240 HP / 216 SpD / 52 Spe Calm for special defense.

I personally run the physically defensive set but both are very viable options.
