But there's no reason to unban evasion. Why would anyone use that?
It's unreliable and plain bad, so you'll be losing most of your battles with it. But then you'll beat that one guy who had a perfect score and you just ruined it because you were a little faggot with some luck.
Sand Veil is not what it was because weather nerf, and specially Snow Cloak, but missing that Ice Beam on Garchomp in the sand can make you lose a battle. It could be argued that it's still risk-reward, as the Sand Veil user chose an unreliable ability over an actually decent ability that is Rough Skin, but still there's no reason to unban evasion.
Baton Pass would be broken if evasion was allowed, too.
