Besides a little prepwork last night to get a female Solosis with the correct nature, IVs, and egg move to breed with my Japanese 6 IV Ditto, I got this little dude within less than a day of hatching. (Wasn't paying attention to the number of boxes I went through, sorry) Unfortunately, it didn't inherit defense, and it DID inherit speed, but what I got isn't too bad of a deal.

The two times I've MM'd in this game (the first being for an Espurr), neither attempts took me more than a single day. It makes me feel bad for all the people on this board who've been at it for weeks.

Son of a bitch took all week, but I finally did it.
My shiny Moonball Gastly with 31 IVs in Sp.atk,Speed, Def, and Sp.def.
I couldn't get that HP, but I guess this is as good as it gets.
Shortly after, I has a shiny Yamask after 6 six, with 4IV and 0 attack.

I think I might be jewing incorrectly. I managed to trade a level 24 Gliscor with Pokerus for an Articuno, which I traded back for a Zapdos, but nobody on the GTS will take it, or this "6 IV" Ditto, no matter what legendary I ask for in return, even if it's a fairly easy to acquire one like Suicune.

Luckily Pokebank might finally be coming, so I won't have to worry too much about it, but still.

I got the shiny charm a few days ago, and I've been getting a bunch of shinies these past couple of days, nothing particularly noteworthy, but it's fun to catch them, also yesterday my friend and I managed to get all the event legends (Mew, etc), so there's that too, and we got a 6 IVs Jap Ditto, a Scyther and a Eevee all shiny, which is also pretty great.

I started my legend hunting when someone was giving a shiny Entei and they wanted a level 91-100 Jumpluff. Hundreds of pokemiles and tons of rare-candies later, I got the Shiny Entei and finished the legends in two days

Yes, luckily, I was worried about that too. It's a shame that you can't get special Pokemon through the GTS, but if the Pokebank really is opening soon it shouldn't be so hard to get the special pokes!
