Haven't played Pokemon since Red and Blue

I was just wondering friends what was the best to get X or Y?

Also are Shiny Mew's or Shiny Mewtwo's any good some guy is offering to sell me them.

I like x better but that's preference. Also shineys are rare and look cool, but they aren't better stat wise than other pokemon. Don't pay for shineys, that's dumb.

Mewtwo is, but I wouldn't say a shiny is worth money. They're rare, but they're literally just different colored versions.

Mew was never really all that strong, just super rare. It's not very rare anymore. I think Celebi is still the rarest legendary, since we only got it distributed here once.

X and Y doesn't matter. Just pick the one you like more, deerfairy or wyvern.

Besides slight differences in the shitty story there's no real difference. There are some version exclusives but it's really easy to get them through trading.

Really it comes down to whether you like Deer Lord or Edgy Bird more, since those aren't as easy to get (but still really easy.)

If X learned better moves, maybe X could be a surprise tank. Y is physically more brittle than regular Mewtwo, but has much better Special Defense, so use it wisely.

X is stronger, better mixed attacker (the sp.atk is basically that of a normal Mewtwo), fighting STAB, bulk that lets it survive a hit, stab drain punch.

Also, do you like deers? Get x. Do you like big birds? Get y. There isn't really any difference, with internet you'll get the mons you can't get anyway.

Also never, never pay for a shiny/legend/competitive pokémon, it's always a fucking scam.

Back the fuck up. That bastard was OP as hell in gen I. Psychic as a whole was laughably strong, and he had the best base stats in the game. He was a beast when he was first introduced.
