OP, make sure you change your Save Type to Flash 128k, or else your saves won't actually work.

As soon as you're able, save the game and reset. Make sure you go back to where you were.

I believe FR/LG warn you about this something about the M1 Subcircuitboard, but R/S/E don't give you the leisure.

You get access to 4 ghost families in-game normally - not enough for a team, but far more than the previous generations did at least.

Shuppet -> Bannette
Duskull -> Dusclops

if you're not above hacking in a gastly and a misdreavus you can have a full team for your playthrough.
