It's not in the official client yet, but Showdown is going to have a new feature where it'll analyze your team, find your team's biggest counters, and suggest the counters to those counters. Basically the ideal teammate. For instance.
The best partner for Espeon is Conkeldurr.
The best partner for Espeon + Conkeldurr is Pinsir.
The best partner for those three is Heatran.
Then Venusaur, then Weavile.
Which works out really well. Every weakness on that team is compensated for by something else on it.
You can run it yourself by downloading this: https://github.com/tolmar/Pokemon-Showdown-Client Make a new team and set the tier to OU.
But since I already have it set up, if you want you guys can post your teams/favorite Pokemon and I'll tell you what the teammate suggester suggests.
